TRACKING A PACKAGE- Once your order leaves my hands, please contact USPS or UPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point it is out of our hands and all we can do is check the tracking number which we have already provided you with.

TRACKING INFORMATION STATES PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT- Once a package has been marked as “Delivered”, there is nothing we can do. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages’ whereabouts.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER - You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.

RETURNS- I do not accept any returns at this time, exchanges only.

EXCHANGE POLICY (US) - Exchanges must be within 10 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Click here to start exchange.

REPAIRS - Complimentary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Please email and attach photos of your jewelry that needs to be repaired to morgan.may@xoxobymo.com .

SIZING ISSUES- RING SIZE- XOXOBYMO does not offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. For this reason, please ensure you know your ring size prior to placing your order. 

MATERIALS- METALS- I use Sterling Silver (.925) + Fine Silver. Both are nickel free and hypoallergenic, however literally everyone is different and everyone reacts different to metals.

JEWELRY CARE-

STORE- Keep your jewelry in a dry, air tight space. The plastic bag that your jewelry arrives in is perfect for this!

CLEAN- Although I use high quality metals that don't tarnish easily, all precious metals will tarnish over time with wear. Keep your jewelry looking brand new by cleaning that grime off your pieces with mildly sudsy water and dry with a non- scratching cloth. Polish using a jewelry polishing cloth.

AVOID- Try your best to not expose your jewelry to water or humidity (do not store jewelry in bathroom while showering). Remove jewelry before working out or sleeping and avoid storing your jewelry next to other metals or jewelry organizers that contain other base metals. All of these things will cause your jewelry to oxidize.
